South West based artist and writer PAUL MICHAEL BROWNE, has joined Project 2017 so that we can share his some of his work on the interface between memoir, short story and film.  Later in the year, we will be meeting up to explore ideas with Paul and to see the documentary film which he has found so pertinent to his writing.
